Ease muscle tension, increase mobility and unwind with a whole body stretch in this 75-minute stretch and reset class. We'll use blocks, straps, balls, blankets, bolsters, and rollers to help you create a stretch that feels best in your body. You’ll stretch the whole body, from your toes (really) to your neck! Get ready to leave feeling blissed out and loose!
Everyone from beginners to serious athletes can benefit from rebalancing muscle length and relaxing tight muscles.
