This signature class blends HIIT, strength training, cardio & Pilates all put to the beat of an energizing playlist. We use a variety of equipment to get your heart pumping, build endurance, lengthen, and tone. End the 60-minute endorphin rush with a full-body stretch, savasana & a cold lavender towel. This class can be done in socks or bare feet.
This high energy class centers around the use of the TRX suspension training system to fire the core muscles while bringing self-awareness of proper alignment and how you move your body through space. We incorporate HIIT, kettlebells, Bosu balance trainers, and other free weight equipment for an added level of challenge and fun. This class should be done with shoes.
