This high energy class centers around the use of the TRX suspension training system to fire the core muscles while bringing self-awareness of proper alignment and how you move your body through space. We incorporate HIIT, kettlebells, Bosu balance trainers, and other free weight equipment for an added level of challenge and fun. This class should be done with shoes.
TRX FLEX AND FLOW
55 minutes of pure TRX infused with Pilates and Yoga elements, creating mindful movements that focus on both strength and flexibility. Build muscle while also opening up and releasing areas of tightness, so you feel stronger and move better. This class can be done with tennis shoes, socks, or with bare feet.
