This 6 week course focuses on building the foundation of your core strength and stability while exploring the fundamentals of Pilates on the Balanced Body Reformer. Improve body awareness, balance, alignment, range of motion, and proprioception to ensure a smooth transition into our signature classes. This workshop was designed by Balanced Body Master Instructor Jennie Brooks and will be led by Pilates Instructor Sallie Dumont.
This is an all-levels course, whether you are new to Pilates or want to spend more time on the movement principles.
