Integral to our mindful movement philosophy, we offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions and small group Reformer classes in our downtown Charleston studio. Pilates is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on body awareness and proper alignment to help you achieve strength, enhanced muscle tone, flexibility, and agility.
Our studio is fully outfitted with state-of-the-art Balanced Body Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Orbit.

Group Reformer Classes

Any one of our classes are sure to leave you feeling taller, tighter, toned... sweaty, and out of breath!
CLASSICAL MOVES Using the traditional Pilates repertoire, this class focuses on form and technique and is most similar to a Classical Pilates Reformer workout. A challenge to your core while — at the same time — paying close attention to the breath and controlled, precise movements. Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
A.B.A. (ABS, BUTT, ARMS) An intermediate-level, low-impact class that emphasizes toning your abs, lifting your butt, and sculpting your arms. This triple threat workout is ideal for anyone looking for an intense sculpting workout that gets the job done. Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
A.B.A.+C (ABS, BUTT, ARMS + CARDIO) This is Pilates on the Reformer like you’ve never seen before. Using the Jump Board, you’ll do advanced ballet-inspired jumps with no impact (in fact you’re lying down!). This class also incorporates the Orbit, balls, bands, and dumbbells to zero in on even the toughest spots. Recommended Prerequisite: 5 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
CORE BURN An intermediate-level class with a contemporary twist. This class will ignite your core as we pick up the pace and put your mind and body to the test. This class weaves in more advanced moves along with bands, dumbbells, and other props that are sure to challenge your balance, coordination, and control. Recommended Prerequisite: 20 Pilates Reformer classes or private Pilates training experience.
MAT PILATES WITH PROPS Using the traditional Pilates repertoire, this class focuses on form and technique, paying close attention to increasing challenges to proprioception and core control. Teaching the importance of incorporating the breath and mindful movement are also emphasized. Great for all levels, although some Pilates experience is recommended.
