SWEAT THERAPY Who says therapy means laying on a couch? Created by Longevity Fitness Charleston founder and Master Instructor Jennie Brooks, Sweat Therapy is your ultimate stress release. In 55-minutes, you’ll have restored and re-energized your mind, body, and soul. This signature class blends HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, cardio, and Mat Pilates to the beat of an energizing, uplifting playlist. You’ll use dumbbells and equipment like the Bosu ball, TRX, bands, and sliders to get your heart pumping, build endurance, and strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles. This class ends with the ultimate cooldown: A full body stretch, savasana, and a cold lavender towel. This class can be done in socks or barefoot.
TRX TRANSFORMATION This 55-minute high energy, heart-thumping class centers around the TRX suspension training system to fire your entire core and build muscle strength and tone where you didn’t even know you had muscles. In addition to the TRX, this HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class uses kettlebells, bands, Bosu balls, dumbbells, sliders, and cardio drills for added challenge. You will never be bored and staring at the clock in this class! This class should be done with shoes.
