TRX TRANSFORMATION This 55-minute high intensity class centers around the TRX suspension training system to keep your core engaged throughout your full body workout. This class also incorporates kettlebells, bands, BOSU balls, dumbbells. Shoes required.
SWEAT THERAPY Who says therapy means laying on a couch? Created by Longevity Fitness Charleston founder and Master Instructor Jennie Brooks, Sweat Therapy is your ultimate stress release. In 55-minutes, you’ll have restored and re-energized your mind, body, and soul. This signature class blends HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength training, cardio, and Mat Pilates to the beat of an energizing, uplifting playlist. You’ll use dumbbells and equipment like the BOSU ball, TRX, bands, and sliders to get your heart pumping, build endurance, and strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles. This class ends with the ultimate cooldown: a full body stretch, savasana, and a cold lavender towel. This class can be done in socks or barefoot.
FIT Our Functional Integrated Training (FIT) class focuses on building strength and cardiovascular endurance by incorporating weight training, core exercises, and cardio bursts using HIIT based programming.
FIT: CARDIO AND CORE If you’re looking for a physical challenge that will enhance your stamina, strengthen your abs and support your cardiovascular health, then FIT: Cardio and Core is just what you need. This total body workout combines cardio stations and core work to offer a great, effective workout for all fitness levels.
