With a combined 15 years of fitness, athletic and yoga experience, ex-professional athlete, personal trainer, yogi, and mom, Lindsay Johnson, is here to help you through your prenatal & postpartum journeys. Lindsay is ISSA fitness & nutrition certified, with a specialty focus in prenatal care, CPR certified, and also carries a prenatal yoga specialty certification. Lindsay played both collegiate and professional level volleyball, and has been a resident of Charleston for more than 12 years. Her hobbies include vegetarian cooking, golf and relaxing with her family, but her passion is to make the world healthier and happier, one bump at a time.
