Join Michelle Fitzgerald for this 6 week, all-levels course to discover all the fundamental fitness training principles you need to feel confident exercising on your own or in ANY group fitness class. We’ll use kettlebells, free weights, TRX equipment and your own body to help you move better.
Over the course of six focused sessions, you will:
Learn the fundamentals of basic movement patterns
Enhance your workouts with increased body awareness and greater range of motion
Learn proper body alignment to get the most out of every single workout
Understand how to design your ideal fitness routine
